Dr. Yun has received funding from the Eli Lilly and Company – Lilly Research Award Program (LRAP) for the project “ Enhancing Diffusion Models for De Novo Antibody Generation with Multi-Objectives Through Reinforcement Learning.” This project introduces a reinforcement learning (RL)-guided diffusion framework for de novo antibody design, accelerating the design of functional, therapeutically optimized candidates.

With a background in electrical engineering, Amanda is dedicated to creating technical, data driven energy solutions that enhance system reliability and strengthen resilience across critical infrastructure.
